IMPORTANT NOTICES

The AKU-94 Conversion System replaces most of the AK components with our USA made parts. The end result is a firearm having fewer than 11 foreign parts. This complies with title 27 Code of Federal regulations section 178.39(a) ( No person shall assemble a semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun using more than 10 of the listed imported parts, If the assembled firearm is prohibited from importation under section 925 (d) (3) as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes).

NOTICE: Section 178.39( c) states that the three parts of a magazine (magazine body, follower and floorplate) are each a part. If an imported magazine is used with our Conversion System, the user may have assembled a rifle in violation of Section 178.39(a). It is therefore advisable to use a U.S. made follower and floorplate. We can provide additional U.S made followers and floorplates.

WARNING: We advise the end user to use all parts provided with the AKU-94 Conversion System. We accept no responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by alterations or misuse of the AKU-94 Conversion System.

ONCE THE CONVERSION SYSTEM IS INSTALLED ON THE HOST WEAPON IT MAY NOT BE FIRED FROM THE LEFT SHOULDER. DOING SO MAY POSITION THE FIRER’S FACE IN THE PATH OF EJECTED SHELL CASINGS, CREATING THE HAZARD OF FACIAL INJURY.
